Event Setup: Assist with setting up tables, chairs, linens, silverware, glassware, and decorations according to event specifications or Banquet Event Orders (BE - Os). Ensure event spaces are clean, organized, and properly staged before guest arrival. Service Duties: Greet guests in a warm, friendly manner. Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, following proper portion control and presentation standards. Remain attentive to guest needs throughout the event, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and responding to requests promptly. Maintain knowledge of event menus and beverage offerings to accurately answer guest questions. Communicate guest feedback or issues to the Banquet Captain or Manager promptly.
