Program Site Director

The Program Site Director is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of AEG employees assigned to the client site in Killeen, Texas. This role serves as the primary on site leader, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations that support flight operations, administrative functions, and ground handling activities. The Program Site Director works closely with the client, internal AEG leadership, and on site teams to drive operational excellence, productivity, and service quality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead and manage all AEG employees assigned to the client site in Killeen, TX
  • Act as the primary point of contact between AEG and the client for daily operations and program execution
  • Oversee flight operations support activities and related administrative functions
  • Ensure operational compliance with client requirements, company policies, and applicable regulations
  • Monitor and improve the productivity, efficiency, and performance of on site ground handling crews
  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce planning to meet operational demands
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance management of on site employees
  • Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Track operational metrics and provide regular reports to AEG leadership
  • Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to align site operations with broader company objectives

Qualifications include:

  • Previous experience managing on site operations, preferably in aviation, flight operations, ground handling, or related environments
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced operational setting
  • Strong understanding of operational workflows, productivity management, and service delivery
  • Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to make sound decisions, prioritize tasks, and lead through operational challenges
  • Proficiency with administrative processes, reporting, and basic operational metrics
  • Willingness to work on site and support operations as required by client needs
  • Experience supporting military, government, or aviation related client operations
  • Prior responsibility for managing multi-functional teams including operations and administrative staff
  • Familiarity with flight support services/flight operations.
