Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations; Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for staff, visitors, vendors, and/or patients; Document incidents, observations, and daily activities, and communicate with site contacts, first responders, and Allied Universal leadership
