Director of Finance

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead all financial operations including month-end close and GAAP compliance
• Drive FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, and AOP planning
• Partner with executive leadership to deliver financial insights and strategy
• Conduct monthly business reviews and present performance to leadership
• Analyze operational performance and implement data-driven improvements
• Build and develop a strong finance team and future leaders
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and regional leadership

What You'll Need to be Considered

• 10+ years of solid financial leadership experience
• Strong FP&A leadership experience
• Experience presenting financials to executive-level stakeholders
• Background in a complex operational environment (distribution, logistics, or similar)
• Proven ability to translate operational activity into financial impact
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or AS400
• CPA or CMA preferred
