CITY OF KILLEEN POSITION DESCRIPTION Compliance Clerk Under the supervision of the Compliance Supervisor, the Compliance Clerk performs detailed clerical, accounting, and administrative work in receiving and entering new cases/accounting data into the courts case management software. The employee will have the responsibility of: ? Responding to inquiries from the public regarding extension of time to pay, payment plans, and Coordinate the scheduling of interviews with defendants ? Compiling review packets for interviews ? Compiling and preparing weekly statistical reports for management review ? Entering collection memos or notes into the courts case management software ? Monitoring payment activity and enter payment transactions into the courts case management system. ? Ensuring the accuracy of all reports, data entry functions, transactions, and records ?
