Niagara Bottling Inc - - Responsibilities: Execute aseptic manufacturing processes in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP); Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot aseptic block equipment, such as filling and blow molding machines; Monitor all the aseptic block equipment critical control points (CCP), using a human machine interface (HMI); Perform routine equipment maintenance, including cleaning, inspecting, and lubricating (CIL) the aseptic block equipment; Accurately documenting all production activities, including production logs and downtime reports, using software such as Presage and Infinity
