Material Phasing Arrange materials according to specific areas or floors and maintain detailed inventory records. Tools & Equipment Determine all tools and equipment needed for each crew, assign gang boxes, perform regular inspections, and manage tool sign-in/out logs. Information Packages Every crew task must include a full information packet with contract drawings, shop drawings, panel schedules, cut sheets, and other relevant documents. Break Management Monitor personal break times, including smoking and conversation periods, to minimize lost productivity. Daily Reports Record and submit daily labor hours and production units for all employees assigned to the Foreman, using the companys standard timesheet form. Quality Control Inspect completed work following the established QC plan and applicable checklists. Work Standards Ensure all installations are completed professionally and meet high-quality expectations.
