Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs as needed. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to changing lights, unclogging drains, repairing leaks. Coordinate with external contractor for specialized repairs or projects beyond routine scope. Start up and shut down plant systems including generators, air compressors, cooling towers, and chillers. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical issues. Operate maintenance equipment such as lathes, mills, welders, drill presses, and hand tools.
