Pactiv Evergreen - - Responsibilities: Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs.; Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and respond to emergency repairs as needed.; Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing lights, unclogging drains, repairing leaks.; Coordinate with external contractor for specialized repairs or projects beyond routine scope.; Start up and shut down plant systems including generators, air compressors, cooling towers, and chillers.
