Niagara Bottling Inc - - Responsibilities: Ensure equipment uptime through timely troubleshooting and repair of all equipment failures; Train and lead operators, mechanics and supervisors on technical procedures related to high-speed bottle manufacturing and packaging; Work with plant leadership to develop and execute continuous improvement projects; Perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime and prevent recurrence; Create and transfer operating and troubleshooting SOPs to Niagara team members
