Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-focused Bilingual Client Loyalty Specialist to join our growing team. This is more than a traditional customer service role it's an opportunity to build meaningful connections, create positive client experiences, and play a key role in strengthening long-term relationships with our valued clients.

In this position, you will proactively connect with past clients by phone, educate them on available program benefits, answer questions, and guide them through the enrollment process with professionalism and care. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as you will support a diverse client base and ensure every interaction is clear, helpful, and engaging.

Responsibilities

• Call past clients to explain program benefits.
• Answer questions and guide clients through enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
• Deliver excellent customer service with every call.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (English/Spanish required).
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and meeting goals.
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM 5:30 PM.
• This is an in-office position.
