Lithia Motors - - Responsibilities: Initiate automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; Verify warranty and service contract coverage; develop estimates; write repair orders; maintain customer records; Serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensure customer needs are understood by the technician and the needed repairs are understood by the customer; Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculate customer's payment, including deductibles; Prepare repair orders (RO), obtain approval signatures and enter RO into service database system
