Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patrons, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting activity to site contacts and/or local authorities when needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, shopping areas, parking lots, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entrances, exits, high-traffic areas, and/or loading zones for suspicious behavior, access concerns, and other security-related issues, while maintaining a professional presence.; Assist with de-escalation, crowd management, and/or emergency notifications during busy periods, special events, or unexpected situations in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal guidelines.
