Regency Integrated Health Services - - Responsibilities: Provide routine daily nursing care to residents; Assist residents with bathing, feeding, dressing; Measure and record vital signs; Detect and report situations that may cause resident accidents or injuries; Contribute knowledge of residents conditions/needs to resident care plans
