Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Consultant Wholesale Industry Implementation
Location: Only Local To Texas
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Consultant with strong end-to-end implementation experience in the Wholesale industry. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAP S/4HANA business processes, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to transform wholesale operations through SAP best practices.
Key Responsibilities
SAP S/4HANA Implementation
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Conduct business process workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Design and configure SAP S/4HANA solutions aligned with wholesale business requirements.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Execute system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and cutover activities.
- Support data migration, master data governance, and system deployment.
Wholesale Industry Expertise
- Analyze and optimize wholesale business processes including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Inventory Management
- Pricing and Promotions
- Distribution and Logistics
- Vendor and Customer Management
- Warehouse Operations
- Implement industry-specific best practices for wholesale distribution.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business users, process owners, and project leadership.
- Conduct training sessions and prepare user documentation.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (minimum 2 3 full lifecycle implementations).
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP S/4HANA.
- Deep understanding of wholesale distribution business processes.
- Experience with:
- SAP Fiori
- SAP Business Partner
- Data Migration Cockpit
- Integration with SAP modules such as SD, MM, EWM, FI, and CO
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- SAP S/4HANA certification preferred.
- Experience with SAP Wholesale Distribution solutions.
- Exposure to cloud deployments (RISE with SAP) is a plus.
Nice to Have
- SAP EWM experience.
- SAP IBP exposure.
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) reporting knowledge.
- Experience in multinational wholesale organizations.
