In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications that support our operational and business needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in software development practices, with experience across multiple programming languages and cloud platforms. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our systems, enabling us to serve our customers more effectively. You'll join our engineering team in person at our new Killeen, TX headquarters, working directly under our CTO, Nate Zabaldo, alongside a tight, high-output team building real systems that ship to real customers every single day. *Duties*: *Production code. Real impact. Day one.* * *You won't be writing throwaway code. You'll be building production infrastructure that handles real orders, real money, real military traditions — and the people who serve our country are counting on it to be right.* * *What you'll work on: *Real-time data pipelines, Cloud Run with Pub/Sub, Redis, and PostgreSQL — high-throughput, low-latency, built to handle real volume. * *Customer-facing builders: *Translating dense military regulations into beautiful, easy-to-use interfaces that work the first time. Shopify deep integration. Webhooks, GraphQL, sync correctness, idempotency. The boring stuff that makes the magic stuff possible. * *Mobile: *Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin — for in-store experiences and on-the-go workflows. Computer vision & ML. Applied to product imagery, automation, and forecasting. Practical models, real outcomes. * *Agentic coding workflows: *First-class tooling and AI-augmented development that turns juniors into seniors faster than ever. * *Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary.* We will teach you and help you grow!
