Primary Purpose: To develop management skills required to serve safe, nutritious, appealing meals to students and staff in an atmosphere of friendliness, cleanliness and efficiency. Assist the child nutrition manager with all aspect of the campus food service operation. Work closelyand cooperatively with the child nutrition manager to ensure that food production and service is in accordance with established standards, rules and regulations. Assist the child nutrition with training, ordering and inventory and overall operational efficiency. Be willing and able to assist other campuses when the manager is out.
