Consider applying if you want to work in an entrepreneurial and dynamic environment, develop lasting relationships, and build a satisfying career.Aseptic Inventory Control Associate The team member accurately maintains daily, weekly, and monthly inventory levels in the WMS while maintaining proper inventory rotation and storage.Essential Functions Navigates an advanced ERP System to execute daily inbound and outbound inventory operations.Creates purchase orders (pallets, air gas, etc.) and processes recycle, destruction, and non‑conforming material loads.Ensures finished goods, raw materials and sub‑assembly components are maintained per established guidelines.Coordinates inbound receipts, inter‑company transfers, and RMAs with all parties.Verifies true‑time inventory transaction records in the ERP system.Completes Oracle transaction activities from receiving into inventory, WIP, or non‑conforming inventories.Performs daily audits and maintains a comprehensive cycle‑count program to ensure inventory integrity.Compiles SKU, quantity, and sub‑inventory records and validates EBS Oracle inventories against physical counts.Maintains accurate inventory balance reports, shortages, and discrepancies.Supports warehouse organization for efficient storage and material distribution.Maintains product rotation and storage disciplines (FIFO) and handles expired inventory disposition.Maintains positive relationships with all leadership levels.Executes special projects and other duties as requested by management.Complies with all safety rules, GMPs, and Niagara policies and procedures.Establishes and maintains high standards for quality, housekeeping, and productivity.Maintains regular and predictable attendance.Minimum Qualifications 2 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.2 years of experience in a similar position.0 years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).Preferred Qualifications 4 years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.4 years of experience in a similar position.2 years of experience managing people/projects (experience may include a combination of work experience and education).Competencies Lead Like an Owner – Makes safety the number one priority; keeps alert for safety issues and escalates immediately; prioritizes tasks based on department goals.Respect – Shows respect to others and confronts interpersonal issues directly; prioritizes resolution of customer issues effectively.Responds promptly and honors commitments to internal and external customers.InnovACT – Makes recommendations to improve policies, methods, procedures, or products; demonstrates adaptability.Find a Way – Seeks to develop technical knowledge; understands interdepartmental impact; seeks solutions.Empowered to be Great – Consistently seeks ways to improve one's self; communicates clearly and promptly.Education Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED.
