Hotel Brand: IHG Army HotelsLocation: United States, Texas, Fort HoodHotel: MA - Keith Ware Hall (MFHDC), PO Box C, 76544ResponsibilitiesRespond to all guest requests for shuttle service in a prompt and courteous manner; assist guests with luggage while boarding and off loading the vehicle.Operate vehicle in accordance with state laws; observe all airport rules pertaining to shuttle vehicles.Explain and promote hotel facilities, outlets, and services to guests, and provide information to guests regarding local attractions and activities.Perform daily inspection of vehicles; take necessary action to correct deficiencies or unsafe conditions; keep vehicle clean and neat at all times.Respond appropriately to guest complaints. Inform supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or dissatisfied guests.The hourly rate for this position is $16.55.Qualifications and RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent, plus some guest service experience or driving experience preferred. Must speak fluent English. Other languages preferred. Valid driver's license required.Carrying, pushing, or lifting items weighing up to 100 poundsMoving about the public areasHandling objects, products and computer equipmentBending, stooping, kneelingCommunication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with clients, guests and employees.Reading and writing abilities are utilized often.Basic math skills are used frequently.May be required to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.Compensation and BenefitsThe salary range listed is the lowest to highest pay scale we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.
