Job SummaryTechnician II - Logistics will provide shipping, receiving, and inventory maintenance support.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesPackage, label, and tag warehouse inventory.Receive, ship, stock, tool, audit, issue materials, and complete special assignments.Conduct cycle‑counts of inventory and maintain a daily log.Enter material into the IES Inventory database.Load and unload goods and supplies, ensuring proper handling.Maintain warehouse quality by tracking damaged inventory and reporting it in a timely manner.Operate forklifts and company vehicles as required.Work in accordance with 5S organization and Lean principles.Efficiently carry out all task assignments.Physical and Mental RequirementsRegular attendance is mandatory.Entry‑level knowledge of operating warehouse machinery and equipment.Self‑motivated, professional, and capable of contributing to project process improvement.Promote the company culture and mission to employees, vendors, clients, and partners.Preferred familiarity with cycle‑counting, order picking, shipping, receiving, and forklift operation.Able to work at heights, off a ladder, in confined spaces, lift up to 50 pounds, and move up to 75 pounds.Able to stand and walk for extended periods.Meet company minimum driving standards.QualificationsHigh School diploma or GED equivalency.Minimum 4 years in a warehouse environment.Basic understanding of operating systems (SAP, Spectrum).Intermediate skill level using Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to use power tools.Physical agility for warehouse inventory.Knowledge of 5S and Lean environments is a plus.SalaryUSD $27.00 – $32.00 per year.Minimum Years of Experience4–6 yearsLicense RequiredNoEEO StatementThe IES policy on equal employment opportunity prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex, age, gender identity, sexual orientation, individuals with disabilities, protected veterans, or any other protected status or characteristic.
