What You'll Do:

• Own the scheduling processfor clinical staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Revise and review clinical schedulesand hiring templates to keep operations running smoothly.
• Fill open shifts quicklyby coordinating with PRN team members and managing call-ins or staffing fluctuations.
• Maintain and post daily/monthly schedules inOnShift(experience preferred).
• Partner with leadership to ensure staffing ratios meet quality care standards.

What We're Looking For:

• High School diploma required,additional education a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of staffing/labor management experience in a skilled nursing community—this is a MUST.
• Texas CNA or Certified Medication certification strongly preferred.
• Experience withOnShift scheduling softwareis a big plus!
• Strong communication and customer service skills—you'll be the go-to person for scheduling needs.
