Responsibilities

What you'll do:
• Oversee daily office ops and admin staff, manage vendor relationships
• Implement and enforce SOPs, manage virtual team members
• Track performance and ensure workflow efficiency

• Efficient, documented processes; improved team performance; timely reporting

Qualifications

What you bring (must-haves):
• HS diploma/GED; 2+ years management or similar experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and MS Office/Google Suite skills

Nice-to-haves:
• Real estate office experience
