Job Details

Job Description * Provide technical support for the Accounting Deputy Controller and Assistant Accounting Deputy Controller * Establish new and/or modify reporting methods and procedures to provide effective and efficient report content * Design and query databases and financial information as needed * Design and manage dashboards for the assigned Accounting Departments * Project manager and primary lead for new implementations, upgrades, and configuration changes within the identified applications * Configuration administrator for Concur, Oracle ARCS, Oracle FCCS, and Prologue. * Collaborate with supervisors to capture and track enhancement requests to streamline and improve efficiency through completion * Recommend, develop, and maintain department projects for live and cyclical reporting * Perform system-specific programming tasks related to the General Ledger and other applications used within the Accounting Department * Train new employees in software applications * Create and maintain process documentation and job aids that standardize repeatable tasks, promote knowledge transfer, and ensure business continuity * Make recommendations for software applications to comply with new accounting standards and/or department initiatives * Lead the development of business cases for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency * Provide input in strategic planning * Maintain an organizational SharePoint for the Accounting Department and groups * Regular and predictable attendance and punctuality * Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements: * Must be able to remain in a sitting stationary position for extended periods of time * Constantly operate a computer and other office machinery * Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds FNBT is an Equal Opportunity Employera25371ca-cde7-4fb6-ba87-2cf40b156c8b
